I've been driving with Interwest Transportation for almost 8 years. I achieved 1 million miles in about 7-1/2 years. That fact alone should speak volumes about Interwest Transportation. Every trucking company, big or small, has struggles with retention issues.
I get plenty of miles and great home time. I am home every weekend and usually at least once during the week.
I have never felt like I am just a driver, I've always felt as part of the family. My opinions, view points and ideas are heard. It's a great atmosphere.
The owner and management are on the front lines ready to help and do what it takes to help you succeed at Interwest Transportation. Our customers are part of the family and we work together.
